 Return Policy

Sym’s Return Policy

So you can return your Sym unit within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus the shipping fee), including the merchandise value and tax if applicable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in cases of: 

  • The item is defective or differs from its description. 

  • You are terminating the contract because of a notified change in the usability of the product.

Warranty Information
The following also informs the Sym 12 month warranty which commences from the date of delivery and warrants that the product is free from material defects and conforms to its description as appearing on the Sym website. Sym shall be liable for defective products by way of repair or replacement only.

  • Replacement: If your unit isn’t working to spec per the product, and is under warranty yet outside of the 90-day return window, Sym will analyse the unit, and form the criteria, ship a replacement to you, courtesy of Sym.

Qualified Replacement Requests:
A request is eligible if your Sym unit is not functioning as its supposed to according to the Sym User Guide.

How to Return Your Sym Unit:
Contact our Customer Service at kira@deepsym.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. 

Returning a Gift:
For all returns of gifts, please also get in touch with the Customer Service team via the same email address.

Refund Processing Time:
We process all refunds within 7-10 business days of inspecting the returned merchandise. (Please note that it can take your credit card provider some additional time to post the refund).

Shipping & Delivery:

Sym works hard to make timely deliveries, yet there are circumstances outside of our control which may cause deliveries to be delayed. Sym cannot be held liable for such delays, but will work to resolve delivery issues. 

Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you when you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of the product. Title to the product passes to you upon leaving our warehouse; a Shipment Notification Email will be sent to you.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation:

Sym is entitled to refuse and/or cancel (also after an order confirmation has been made) an order at its own discretion. Sym will issue a full refund for any order that is cancelled after billing.

 

Product Availability and Limitations:

Product availability for certain Sym units may be limited as some Sym collectibles may be in higher demand or limited release, so Sym reserves the right to limit purchase per person. If one of those two things does not work, Sym will cancel the order and refund you in full.

 

Customers Only:

Sym sells exclusively to end-user customers and reserves the right to cancel any orders it believes are being made for resale.
