Returns

You can return your Deep Sym product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding the shipping fee. This refund includes the merchandise value and applicable taxes.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is:

    • Faulty or defective.

    • Misdescribed or does not match its advertised description.

    • Being returned due to a significant change in the product's usability, as notified by Deep Sym.

For products that fall under these exceptions, Deep Sym will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Warranty

All Deep Sym products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures that the product:

  • Is free from material defects in workmanship or materials.

  • Conforms to its description as listed on the Deep Sym website.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Repair or Replacement: If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, Deep Sym will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Shipping for Warranty Claims:

  • Within Warranty Period: If a product defect arises and is covered under warranty, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Deep Sym. Deep Sym will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement product back to you.

  • Within 30 days: If a product defect arises within 30 days, Deep Sym will cover the shipping costs to return the product to be repaired or replaced.

How to Make a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at support@deepsym.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your product.

  2. Prepare the Return: Follow the instructions provided to ensure your product is securely returned to us.

 

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note that your credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
