At Deep Sym, we strive to provide a seamless and timely shipping experience. Please review the following details about our shipping process:

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (UK Only): We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside the UK at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Free Shipping: Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods. Please review your order details to check if this applies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with tracking information.
Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Pre-Orders & Limited Stock: If you have placed a pre-order for a limited-stock item, please note that delivery may take up to 12 weeks. Once your pre-order is ready to ship, you will be notified via email with tracking details. We will also keep you updated with any relevant changes during the processing period.

We would normally ship signed for, requiring your signature upon receiving the Sym package.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

International Orders: As mentioned, we do not currently ship outside the UK.

Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, a Shipment Notification Email will be sent to you, which includes tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your order. If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive, please contact our Customer Service team at support@deepsym.com. We will assist in tracking down your order and resolving the issue.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Risk of Loss or Damage
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or someone designated by you, takes physical possession of the product. A Shipment Notification Email will be sent to inform you when your order ships.

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately at support@deepsym.com. We will work diligently to resolve any problems and ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping Delays
Deep Sym works diligently to ensure timely deliveries. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier delays, may occasionally cause delays. While we cannot be held liable for such delays, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Product Availability and Limitations
Due to the popularity or limited releases of Sym units, product availability may vary, and Deep Sym reserves the right to limit purchase quantities. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock constraints, we will notify you of expected delivery timelines and offer you to either wait or cancel the order and we will issue a full refund.
